I have been working professionally in the theater for the last 15 years as an actor, director and producer. For years I was an artistic director and spent a brief stint as an talent agent.
Through all that time I have been taking pictures of both productions and performers.
I know what a useful head-shot needs to look like.
In my opinion the Head-Shot is not about a beautiful picture. It is not about me as a photographer. It is about you and being able to see who you are and what you bring to the table. I shoot in studio lighting with a 'high key' (white) background. By doing this it puts all the focus on you.
Depending on how much time and money you want to spend on your shots I can accommodate you. I have sessions starting at $250 for a one hour session. I also offer up to a $600 session that can take two to three hours. It is all about you and getting you the tools needed to be fully prepared for your next audition.
